Parush Khanna’s deep-rooted history in the world of perfumery is a testament to the rich legacy passed down through generations. His great-grandfather, a renowned PhD in perfumery, laid the foundation for what would become an extraordinary journey of scent creation and innovation.
A 51-Year Legacy in Perfumery:
Parush Khanna’s great-grandfather left 51 years ago with his mastering the art of perfumery, developing a series of perfumes that could have revolutionized India’s presence in the global fragrance market. His work is now reflected in Berry Ardens ,His work was not just about creating perfumes but about weaving the cultural and aromatic heritage of India into each scent. Unfortunately, his vision was never fully realized in the international arena due to his untimely passing.
Passing the Torch:
After the death of his great-grandfather, the mantle of this rich legacy was passed on to Parush. Determined to honor and expand upon his great-grandfather’s work, Parush embarked on his own journey of learning and innovation.
Education and Global Recognition:
To build on this legacy, Parush studied at the prestigious Bloom Perfumery and FiFi Foundation in the UK from 2017 to 2022, honing his craft under the guidance of international experts. His education in the heart of the global fragrance industry equipped him with the skills and knowledge needed to continue his great-grandfather’s work.
Creation of Berry Ardens:
Inspired by the legacy and armed with his own innovative approach, Parush founded the luxury perfume brand Berry Ardens. Over the course of his education and hands-on experience, he dedicated a year to developing over 70 unique fragrances. Each fragrance is a fusion of his great-grandfather’s traditional techniques and Parush’s modern interpretations, drawing from the diverse aromatic landscapes of India.
A New Chapter in Indian Perfumery:
Through Berry Ardens, Parush Khanna is not only honoring a family legacy but also pushing the boundaries of Indian perfumery on the global stage. His perfumes, recognized for their artistry and innovation, have won awards such as the Best Artisanal Perfume Award by Bloom Perfumery, UK, and the Best International Fragrance Award 2022 by the FiFi Foundation.
